I used to ride with my dad in the potato truck and we would listen to Paul Harvey 's "The Rest of the Story." I miss those long summer days, my dad, and Paul Harvey; but now you may hear the rest of OUR story! ..."Good Day"

Who Am I

I grew up on a small farm in a small town in the middle of Central Washington that didn't even have a stop light. In the mornings I would feed the "livestock" and "change water" before school.

In high school I became pen-pals with my future husband right after he came back from the Persian Gulf War (way before email). We met face-to-face at my high school graduation and I married him three years later.

After marrying my Mr. Right I moved to a metropolis; it's been a long road, but I think I'm now a full fledged metropolitan (I still don't like to park downtown, though). We have been married for sixteen years and am happy to say, I am a 35+ mother of a deaf six-year-old who surprises me with how well she does at every obstacle and am the wife of a man who went from Mr. Right to Mr. Super Hero.
