I caught the tail end of an interview this morning of a doctor saying people could lose weight be doing three things: stop caffine soda and coffee consumption and get at least 7 hours of sleep. That was it! They had testimonials of 3 people, each had lost 8 to 10 pounds and counting...
My first thought was, "Wow how easy..." Now at 12:35am, I am wondering if I could give up my favorite, quiet, me time, time... let alone my diet soda!
Interesting thought, I might just have to try it.

Hope it works for you. I do get about 7 hrs of sleep most nights and don't drink any pop or coffee but am still managing to find excess weight where I don't want it! Any other tips?
I love those tips although I completely agree with you about the time. No kids? Who wants to sleep? Plus, I have to wait until Z starts sleeping through the night. I'll let you know in 5 years!
I've heard that before. I'm sure it's true. But I guess I still want my soda!! (I do get the sleep)
What happens if I give it up and it doesn't work **gasp*** Then I would have lost all those days without it--(oh the horror)!! I guess you can tell where I am on this subject!
Yes, I agree. What fun it would be to live closer and do home preservation together. It is fun to dream about, too. Good job on your jam and syrups. What are you planning to do next?
